In recent decades, the quality of drinking water has changed a great deal, but unfortunately not in a positive direction. In many settlements, tap “drinking water” is still supplied through water pipes installed during the world war, which in many places is not even suitable for brushing teeth. In addition, there are many dead ends in the water pipe systems, where bacteria that have been forming for decades contaminate the entire network. Suppliers try to compensate for this by increasing the amount of disinfectants entering the water. Continuous consumption of silver nitrate and chlorine occurring in high concentration can cause cancerous tumors, not to mention the heavy metals that are released from the lead pipes installed more than half a century ago.
In many places, river water or sewage is purified again, and it is worth considering the purification technology; it is also questionable whether the water technology industry has been able to develop to the same level as the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Compounds of certain hormone pills and medicines, for example, are simply impossible to remove, which, when returned to the body, can cause infertility and sexual disorders. Although many people think that all this can be removed by simple boiling, unfortunately this is not the case.
If you want the best for your family, use Tündérvíz in your kitchen as well. We recommend it for all cooking, baking, anything that requires water (soups, compotes, tea, coffee, etc.).
